Saint Augustine’s University
Saint Augustine’s University was founded in 1867 and is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, founded for formerly enslaved black Americans, and faces a poor reputation with high debt averages of twenty-two thousand dollars and a mere twenty-six percent graduation rate.
